My Dear Henry
May I ask the favour of your informing me where I can obtain a copy of your Assyrian Glossary”? <1> upon “enquiring today at Messrs Williams & Norgate, <2> I found that they were unable to give me any information – so that I am obliged, altho’ personally a stranger, to write to yourself. Having however had the privilege of reading a paper on the Mamet of yours to a meeting of the Bibl. Archæol <3>= I may perhaps consider that I have had a kind of quasi Introduction.
Kindly excuse the trouble I give and believe me faithfully Yours
J.M Rodwell
