M^r Spencer your late Medical Man having left Lacock,^<1> I beg to solicit your favors, as your Medical Attendant.

I attend many of the most respectable familes round the other side of Chippenham and beg to refer you for any enquiries you may wish to make to the Rev^d R. Ashers, T Clutterbuck Esq^re Lady Dalyrymple, & R. Humprhires Esq^re where I am in the habit of attending
