I greatly regret that after the pains you have taken to get your paper correct, two of the inscriptions should not appear in your separate copies. This has been caused by the wood on which they are engraved being lower in height than the type, as the blocks really were in the type as marked by you. I will have them carefully stamped in the remainder of the separate copies. In the edition for the Transactions the inscriptions have been made to appear in their proper places; & I hope that you will find this to be the case on looking through your own copies as to all the others.
