Many thanks for your letters and also for the copy of your paper which you kindly sent me – I think I heard you would give the society a paper on Biblical names found in the Cuneiform Inscriptions this would certainly be an interesting subject as there are hundreds of names of persons and places which are found both in the Bible and Inscriptions I am now back, but very busy, I have found a key to the Cypriote Inscriptions from a Bilingual Inscription Ph œnician and Cypriote – I hope to hear of some new labors from yourself and as soon as I can I will send you my own copy of your Goddess Inscriptions as perhaps you might like to translate it
