My Dear Henry,
It did not occur to me till now, and I do not like to bother Horatia at this time, to ask as money matters must be being discussed, whether she is likely, or would wish, to make any change as to the money of hers I am holding. I have had some arrangements to make lately, & I can pay her money, if it is the least wish that it should be paid. You probably know what is proposed on her business, & may be able to answer me, and I only beg you will make no scruple in telling me her wishes or what may be the most advisable for her to do in that particular. My kind love to her & Constance &
Believe me Affly Yrs
