My dear Henry
Here are the remains of my Sicilian collection waiting for an opportunity of going to London I hope your Gardener whether at present English Scotch or Irish is a worthy man & multiplies & saves seeds &c – as I hope to have the progeny of these some day – there are some pretty & interesting plants among them & which you are not likely to get from anywhere else.
I must recommend you also to impart to the Glamorganshire gardens <1> as it is such work making up packets here, & saves a good deal of room by having fewer papers – & Lacock is half way down their road. I hope you make observations & dry specimens of any out of the way plants that flower with you.
