31 Burln St <1>

Dear Henry

I called yesterday to ask you to drive with me to the British Museum to see the Budrum Marbles which are now proved to be fragments of the original Mausoleum <2>.

And I wished to find you out on Friday at L. House <3> concert but could not see you & to ask if you & Mrs Talbot <4> could dine with us either on Wednesday next or Saturday next – as might be convenient at ½ past 7.

I hope you will come to the Bath Archæological meeting <5> between the 20th & 30th of July. I mean to go there & expect an interesting collection of things to be exhibited.

Yr aff
Wm <6>
