My dear Henry
Mr Menteath asked me to forward to you today a Leamington Newspaper which gives a report of 2 lectures which he thinks may interest you one on explorations in Moab (the others I dont know, the subject of) When you have looked at the Paper you are requested to return it to him, directed to Entryhill house. I wish you had proved a better Prophet about the Strike in South Wales you see the difficulty has not been got over and I am inclined to think that a failure in such attempts at a settlement only widens the breach Will you please give the enclosed to Gee? It is merely a message to send back on Saturday the new shirt that requires marking
Did you ever see a more rapid disappearance of a rather deep snow? I am glad it is gone, as far as my own feeling is concerned, for I have a particular aversion to snow it makes me always feel unwell but the people who have land about Bath say that it would have done them much good by laying on the ground some time
Your affectionate
Constance
