Dear Sir,

There has been nothing paid, as yet, to M^r Fussell ^<2> for the ground w^ch you last planted – He has delayed from time to time to bring me in his account of it –

When his son paid me his Rent the other day – it was again mentioned & we agreed that young John Gale ^<3> should measure the Ground – & then it will be only to calculate the proportion of rent with reference to the amount p^r Acre for the Farm –

It cannot be of much amount –
