Sir,

I am directed by the Treasurer to inform you that your Annual Contribution of £1 1 s. to the Philological Society for the current year became due on the 1st of January.

Should you wish to pay it by Post-Office Order, it would be most convenient were you to have it made payable to me, at the Post Office in the Strand
