In reply to your letter, <1> just received, respecting the Electro Magnet &c. We beg to inform we sent the Magnet with the two armatures to Sackville Street <2> some days since – The galvanometer is not finished as I was very anxious to have Mr Faraday’s <3> advice on the subject I saw him the day before yesterday and he told me I was quite right in making the instrument as proposed I have it therefore now in hand and hope in a few days to get it compleated <sic>
