Warminster Nursery Jany 1861

Sir/.

Annexed my young Man has given the details of my old acc which is considered to have been overlooked or forgotten by me as serveral lots have been paid for both by you and also by Mrs. and I believe the Messrs Talbots but I hope and trust no part of this has been paid by the Miss Talbots as what they fave had and paid for has been generally flowering Shrubs, Evergreens &c such as are enumerated Novr 14 and Decr 3rd. As I should be very sorry to send you an acc any part of which had been discharged by yourself or any member of the family that I hope you have the Bills that have been paid me, and that you will be able to satisfy yourself as to whether the Bill or any part has been discharged. I assure you I would not be twice paid if I knew it.

I think the whole of the Articles were most probably ordered by Mr Wilkinson and such lots as are enumd July 26 were generally ordered by him in person and his general practice was to take an invoice when time permitted or otherwise it was posted to him soon after if it could be done at the time as we were aware it was always required by you. I had not seen the details of the account till this Day, as my young Man who keeps the Books makes out an abstract of such accounts as have been once delivered in detail; in one line only, as an acc of delivered; at the end of each Year or soon after.

hoping you may be able to satisfy yourself about this matter without much trouble I remain Sir your obliged obedt Sevt

Geo Wheeler
