I am requested to inform you that in consequence of the urgent request of Lord Althorp <1> & to Enable his Lordship to bring forward his Financial statement Mr M Attwood’s <2> Motion on “the distress of the Country” which stood for the 19th has been postponed until Monday next the 22nd Inst. By particular arrangement the motion will certainly be brought forward on that day when your attendance in the house is most particularly desired.
