Mr Hayward hopes it may be convenient to Mr Talbot to be at the House of Commons on Monday next at 12 o Clock, that time being fixed for the committee on the Chippenham <1> Improvement Petition – Mr Hayward will also be happy to have that opportunity of mentioning to Mr Talbot a matter of business relating to Mr & Mrs Thackerays <2> Marriage Settlemt.
