as I am unable to find a other place, donnt you think I better take the one at Kensal green, <2> the owner will not take less than seven hundred pounds, perhaps he would pay the conveyances, but before I go to him again I should like to kno from you the manner I am to propose payment for from wath I can judge he requires sure security, will you permit me to name you, (as I have in reality no one els) an early answer will greatly oblige–
