The Family Records Centre provides a new home for the research facilities previously provided at St Catherine's House and the Census Reading Rooms in Chancery Lane. It is within a few minutes' walk of the London Metropolitan Archives (formerly the Greater London Records Office) and the Society of Genealogists.
